Looking through the Monster Manual, the Imp, Quasit and Pseudodragon have a "Variant: Name Familiar" entry in their Description rather than having Familiar in the Special Trait section of their statblock. I'd probably move that to section to reflect the official precedent. Also wondering whether it should be beefed it up a bit from the Pseudodragon's CR 1/4 since Imps and Quasits are CR 1. As currently statted, a Pseudodragon might prove a bit more dangerous as they've got that nasty sting. Oh, and that Healing Breath is game unbalancing. Given a few minutes it can completely heal the wounds of the entire party. It also appears to have some text from another ability left in it that cuts off at "during the tur" which leads me to suspect it's copy-pasted from elsewhere. I suspect it's cribbed from the confusion causing breath of a Faerie Dragon. If you want it to heal with its breath, I'd suggest (a) limiting its usage (say, it can only heal a particular creature once within a 24-hour period and/or has a maximum of X usages a day) and also have it recharge on the same timer as its Radiant Breath. So like a Bronze/Gold/Silver Dragon, which use: Breath Weapons (Recharge 5-6): The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.

First Breath. The dragon.
Second Breath. The dragon.
