4th level (Bigby's) Hand spell?

I am planning to create a Runestaff (Magic Item Compendium) which allows a caster to cast (Bigby's) Hand spells of all the spell levels.

There are 5th-9th Bigby's hand spells in PHB. Miniatures Handbook, Spell Compendium & PHB II contains 1st-3rd spells. But I still cannot find 4th-level hand spell. Does any of the 3.5e official supplement shows such a spell?

I can't help with 3E, but in Greyhawk Adventures (AD&D) it is Bigby's Battering Gauntlet:

R: 60 yards, D: 1 rd/lvl, Casting: 4 segments (V, S, M - a metal rod with a chainmail gauntlet slipped over one end)

Creates a shimmering violet force shaped like a battering ram, b/w 3' and 12' long (as the space requires) and 2' diameter, that can make 1 attack per round and destroys a normal door with 1 hit, a reinfoced door with 3, a stone door with 5, and a 50% chance to destroy a metal door (failure destroys the gauntlet instead). If the portal is protected/reinforced by magic, the protection magic gets a save (as per its caster) and if that fails the gauntlet affects it; otherwise the gauntet is destroyed.

The spell cannot affect living targets, nor unliving targets other than doors/portals; has hit oints equal to half the caster's; and can be detroyed by dispel magic or disintegrate. The gauntlet also dissipates if the caster does not remain within 60' [I don't know how this is meant to be reconciled with the casting range].
