D&D 4E 4e autocalculating excel character sheet

Blackbrrd

Adventurer
I have created a excel character sheet, with the following features
  • It fits on one page
  • Its auto calculating
  • Its easy to color code
You probably need some experience with excel or open office calc to actually use it, but leveling your character should be as easy as adding one to the level and adding the new powers and feats.

I have attached two examples to show how it can be done.

I hope somebody finds it helpful :)

EDIT4: Can't edit the post and get it to the category Piratecat wanted. Fixed stuff Piratecat mentioned. Had a macro that I deleted, had to delete the vb module manually as well: alt+F11 find module, right click remove module, no I don't want to save the empty macro.

Nice!

I note a few things in the default "empty" sheet:

- it's not quite empty. Delete the "1"s from "Defenses & stuff"; they're a holdover from a PC being created.

- Defenses is misspelled.

- "x healing surges @ x hit points" has a "â" instead of an "@".

But I'm nitpicking. Nice and useful and very cool; thank you. I'll be using this.

PS I'll slide this over to the correct forum.

Hehe, Nice, but I have another :)

Actually, you are far ahead in terms of time, but I managed to fit a few more things in one page ;) .
You can find the sheet attached in two formats (Excel 2007 in a zip, and Excel 2003).
It has support for attack workspaces (reusing the calculation for example for your holy avenger for all powers), marking used/unused powers, autocalculations, autocolouring of powers by type...
Practically all info that could be used in a battle is in the first page (which fits in most laptops' screens), except from the magic items.

It can also be printed in landscape format, with right and left margin <0,9cm, if your printer supports it. It takes 2 pages, as a normal sheet.
There is some support for house rules (extra skill, extra stats etc), and considerable freedom in bonus calculations etc (it is NOT a character generator, thus the input is free in most cases).

EDIT: I modified the files, but for newer versions, my homepage will be more frequently updated.
