I must say, I heartily approve the new weapon finesse. As a primarily player of rogues, it sucks when you have to choose between your magic dagger or your useful sap. Now with the new weapon finesse, both get the benefit of my high Dexterity.
But I was thinking, what if there was a feat that allowed you to finesse one weapon that you couldn't normally do so. So this is sort of what I came up with.

Exotic Weapon Finesse [General]
You are especially skilled in using a certain weapon that normally cannot benefit from Dexterity.
Prerequisite: Proficient with weapon, base attack bonus +4 or higher, Weapon Finesse.
Benefit: Select a one handed melee weapon that does not normally benefit from the Weapon Finesse feat. With the selected weapon, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. Since you need your second hand for balance, if you carry a shield, apply the shield's armor check penalty to your attack rolls.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time you take this feat, it applies to a new weapon.
A fighter may select Exotic Weapon Finesse as one of his fighter bonus feats.

As you will notice, this feat is balanced by its prerequisites (which are higher than Weapon Finesse's) and it's limited selection (1 one handed melee weapon vs. all light weapons and weapons that benefit from Weapon Finesse). I figure, if you want to finesse a longsword, then why the hell not if you're willing to take a feat for it.
