I'm sure this has been answered before, but I'm looking for a quick answer. In creating wands, can you choose the caster level (up to your own, of course) for purposes of duration of effect and the base price of the wand? I noticed that a wand of bul's strength costs 4500, which would assume a caster level of 3 based on that price (despite the fact that you have to be 5th level to have Craft Wand). Based on that, I would therefore assume that a 7th level wizard could create a wand of bull's strength at any caster level between 3rd (min for the spell) and 7th (his own level).
