I wish they had a World of Symbaroum book for the original system instead of splitting lore/world content between 6 campaign books. I wonder how much of this book would be usable with the original system.

This looks like a great addition to the game, especially the vehicles. I also like how they number the generic cobras and Joe's so you can tell them apart on the battle field.
I really wanted to like these, but the art is so small for the profile of these, and some of the shapes are a little silly. Destro is basically printed on a Mickey head.

I was hoping for something a little more "art forward" like Pathfinder Pawns.

Hard to see much detail from the pic on the back, but these look decent enough on what I can make out.

Edit: I see the mouse ears now but I wouldn't have if you hadn't pointed it out!

Still processing my way through Fed-Klingon War, but the added material makes it "Discovery S1-S2 part 2"... it avoids direct overlap in resources, but is designed to make use of it. (I cheaped out, as I have with all of STA, for PDF only.)

G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game Standee Pack #1
It took me a bit to understand what happened. They flipped the image on the opposite side. Since Destro is one of the few characters pointing up and to the right, when flipped he's pointing to the left. The cardboard has to accommodate both his pointing right hand and his (on the reverse) pointing right hand on the opposite side ... thus Mickey ears.
