As a Munchkin Abjurer, at level 10 with a high intelligence, I would get 2 Rings of Wizardry I to nearly double my SR
How about this for a different version of it:
Arcane Defense:
By spending a move equivilant action, you may designate any number of different abjuration spells effecting you to gain a spell resistance of 5+2 per Abjuration until the beginning of your next action. Overlapping spells and spells like Endure/Resist (Element) do not count as different spells for each seperate element. This requires a move-equvilant action and you lose the benefit of the designated spells until the end of the beginning of your next action.
Example
Abjurer Level 3 with this feat has:
Endure Elements (Fire), Resistance, Shield, Protection from Arrows, he can forgo all those protections to gain an SR of 13.
(This may be a bit underpowered by the core rules, since at higher levels there would be less abjuration spells, then again, this could be overpowered if the DM allows the abjurer to research several different spells.)
