A new version of DM's Familiar can be found at www.paladinpgm.com/dmf. It has the following new features:
Combat Board now tells you if a 1 or 20 was rolled
You can now Import/Export any rules you enter
The Monster and PC/NPC form now has an Everyman button. This will add every untrained skill to your PC/Monster and default in a value equal to the approriate ability modifier.
You can now right-click to enter feats.

Haven't tried DM's Familiar yet? Here's what you're missing: "I ran a game last night and never touched my books. The key skills
and feats I needed were there, and when I thought up some off- the-cuff encounter, I simply fired up the Combat Board and added a monster on the fly (in this case a black bear), and punched up the bear entry. Never touched my dice, either. So, I guess I just wanted to say, 'great job!' and I am very glad I spent the money on this program. "
