Pathfinder 2E A quick question about making changes to the Witch and one question for the Cleric

Hi all,
I have a couple of questions:
1. If I wanted to change the Witch's key ability to Wisdom and change the class to a non-prepared castered, would that affect balance? If so what other changes might I need to make to balance the class?
2. Are there any optional replacements for the cleric's Divine Font heal and harm?

Heya, I'm no expert but here goes:

1. Maybe? Give it a try and see how it goes. Should be ok
2. Not that I know of.
