Completely agreed. I picked up Gran Meccanismo some time ago and have an itch to do something with it eventually, but because I've got so little experience with that historical period, I'm just not sure what or how to do it. I'd love to see an adventure, or at least few random tables to help me...

I haven't played PF1e in a while, but I've never heard that. Humans, half-elves, and half-orcs are completely separate races as far as the rules are concerned, afaik. The extra feat is specific to humans, whereas half-elves and half-orcs each get their own set of racial traits.
