No but a piece of garbage was involved so I don’t recommend it to anyone.
Lamentations is also gross and edgelordy enough from what I heard that I would not recommend it anyway
I agree with all of that, was asking a question of Tetrasodium who said
And I was curious what they consider the limitations to the Eberron setting as I know they are fond of it.
So let’s say you are running Eberron what classes and Wizards released species would you say me as a metaphorical player would not be allowed to play? Could I play Dragonborn, Goliath or Tortle?
I think it’s more an issue of Tetra and a few others who feel overtly hostile to players. I am a DM, I like giving my players cool stuff once in a while.
I don’t agree with this, the update could easily be something that older fans and new ones like. Some of course won’t like it no matter what, but there is a good chance that old fans will also be fans.
Tetra you are getting incoherent with the hyperbole and examples while putting blame on unrelated things.
A player asking you to rewrite the setting to fit details about them in a way you don’t like is not the fault of the designers.
Well the 4e monsters actually did have incorrect math at the start.
I also don’t think that the 2024 monsters are too samey for the most part. Though them having roles would not be a negative in my opinion.
