  • New D&D starter set. Comes with 'digital onboarding'. Dragons of Stormwreck Isle. We knew about that one.
  • D&D digital monstrous compendium. Available to those with WoTC or D&D Beyond Accounts. Volume 1 has an eldritch lich and the 10 legged asteroid spider. And the starlancer. Might have misheard some of that!

Whereas with Dark Sun, they've got no psionicist class, and only a spotty array of psionics-themed subclasses, but they have got Thri-Kreen.

Neither of them actually seem terribly likely at this point. If I was very hopeful I'd say Dark Sun next and Planescape as part of DND2024, outside the predicted settings.

Well, we have had a couple minor hints from Winninger recently, who went out of his way to specific that the Radiant Citadel does not step on the toes of Sigil:



Genre wise, the Rock of Bral and Sigil offer different things. A format similar to the Spelljammer set would work for Planescape as well.

For me, the biggest point of calling something "Planejammer" is mixing the actual genre content between them: but this specifically does not cover Planescape Races, Factions, Sigil, the Blood War, etc, etc, etc...

Which tweets? I haven't seen anything other than Material - Astral travel yet, not even as hints, so I would be interested in seeing them.

Interesting - while I don't see this as a Planescape mashup I'd definitely call it Planejammer if you're out on the Astral and fighting Githyanki pirates or Quom raiders or crawling around the body of a dead god floating in the Astral.

Not necessarily. Wildspace could just sort of bleed into the Astral at the edges, basically being a "shore" on the Astral Sea that can be reached. I'm really not sure which I prefer. I tend to be a traditionalist, but I never really got into the idea of solar systems being enclosed in a sphere of crystal.
