I knew there wasn't anything for anyone else to post about, I was hopping SeaPainter would come back before I progressed to much farther. I guess it's not the case.
I'll run him as an NPC in the event of any combat,

The kobold looks at Vixo and speaks to you all in Common "I not scared of you, I take you to chief becuase he say humans come look for girl and he want to talk to them."

The kobold steps out into you light with 2 of his fellows, all three bear spears. "Follow"

The Kobolds lead your group throw a series of twisted tunnels in the ground with many side passages as you get lower into the ground, none of the tunnels are lit making it hard for you to read landmarks but your sure you can get your way back out on your own. After a few minutes you come to an area that is lit by the glow of a large fireplace. The room is large and has a number of kobolds in it. Sitting to the far side of the room is a Kobold male with a large amount of jewelery and decoration marking him to be the chief. Nearby is the firepit, standing near the firepit cooking, is a young human female.

The kobold chief speaks first. ""You not the humans I expect? You come for the girl?"

The kobold chief lets out what can only be described as a reptilian laugh. Soon the other kobolds who have been listening in seemingly not understanding Common look confused, and then laugh as well. The chief holds his hand up and all the kobolds stop laughing.

"You think she's here to work? I have many kobolds here work. She here find water with stick. Very much more valuable than your potion. Can your potion find water with stick? No. You want the girl, then you bring back our old water supply. If you want the girl, you have to kill all the goblins for us."

The chief then repeats himself in Draconic for his followers

[sblock="Draconic"]
"We make them kill the Goblins"
[/sblock]

The other kobolds start to chant.

[sblock="Draconic"]
"Kill the Goblins"
[/sblock]

"Else, you leave, we keep the girl"

Hadrak whispers to his friends.

-"Huh, guys, it seems we will have to fight a tribe of midgets to get the girl back, no matter what; The goblins or the kobolds. I don't know about you, but if we are going to fight either way, we might as well fight the ones who actually have the girl... I'd feel mighty stupid if we fought the goblins for the water supply and then still have to fight the kobolds because they won't keep their word and give us the girl!"
