    Sorcerer Level 7?

    If you were to consider "Imbued Summoning" (PhB II p92) as a 9th level feat, you might want a low level buff for use with it. Also if you see a "Ring of Mighty Summons" (14,000; CM p127) in your future, you may want to consider Extend Spell in Rod or feat form.

    Unless the item is specific in countering a spell. it all comes down to the actual counterspell. Daylight counters Darkness and vice versa. The Daylight armor/shield enhancement is ideal for this question.

    Are you asking for divine spell options as you are playing a class that draws from all divine spells or are you leaning towards cleric, druid, etc.?

    Spell Compendium Options Quick March (2nd) s a swift casting that grants movement to all allies for 1 round. Updraft (1st) is also swift and grants vertical movement. Knight's Move (3rd) is another good swift casting spell for combat movement, through you have to end up flanking an opponent.

    Augment Healing + Mass Lesser Vigor

    The counter to this argument is that the Vigor spells grant fast healing rather than directly heal wounds and are not subject to the benefit from Augment Healing. It generally comes down to whether the DM thinks that is bunk or not. I say bunk.

    Getting Things as a Class Skill (Heal)

    Why not take the 3rd Human Paragon level? Bigger HD, More Skill points, BAB, and an attribute boost without losing a caster level.
