There's Orcus which is specifically designed to be backwards compatible with D&D 4e, but has been reimagined with new terminology to avoid legal entanglements (because of the no OGL issue).

I haven't read it in depth yet (been busy with other stuff), but on a quick read through, the layout and graphic design is amazing - and the DriveThruRPG .zip file includes a no-art, text-only, version of the game, as well (something I wish more publishers did).

New Bedford is an economic game built entirely around the whaling industry in the late 1800s. It has a gentle learning curve and plays pretty quickly.

The art in the Merry Mushmen's edition of Black Sword Hack is amazing.

I changed my vote. I am firmly in the "I Love It" camp now. I have seen what it can do when tailored to a specific setting and, DAMN, does it rock.
