That would be a fascinating TV series, a different spin on doomsday peppers.

I had to look up what M-DISC was and I expect that people in the future are going to be accessing it in public or university libraries in a similar way to us using microfiche to read an article from the 1800s due to the general lack of dvd and blue-ray technology.

In the case of armour vs guns, maybe add in a ballistic AC, perhaps the armour is only half as effective so that leather does nothing to help against bullets and studded leather only provides 11+Dex mod. This would lead to heavy armour being phased out as having an AC of 14 against bullets when...

I use the current rules for the most part but a 10ft fall can be completely negated with an acrobatics checks.

Last game I got to throw the gnome across a river, twice, so that he could tie down a rope to help others across. That was a fun use for a gnome.
