...Speaking of which, there's an update in the NuTSR/WotC case filed in Washington. As a result of the agreement in the bankruptcy case, Wizards is stipulating:
1) All of NuTSR's claims against WotC should be dismissed WITH prejudice.
2) All of WotC's counterclaims...
They're not paying him directly; they're paying the "estate" as part of the bankruptcy. Then I assume the trustee decides who gets it.
It's theoretically possible he gets it - after all, he is listed as a creditor on his own bankruptcy - but it could also go to either Hovermale or Don. WotC's...
Now IANAL, and I could be misinterpreting this, but it looks like the agreement they had - where WotC paid the estate $15K in exchange for the trademarks - has been approved?

As stated in a recent update, our project launch was less than stellar... plagued with problems outside of our control, and our marketing and promotion plans fell through due to external reasons. We are discussing the possibility of a relaunch, but we have two weeks...
And apparently even more news... Erik just posted a video revealing an anonymous email received by Don that states quite a few things, most notably:
1) Justin is willing to pay Don $60K if Don publicly says he was sorry and signs something.
2) Justin's attorney, Bernie, is planning on appealing...
